6 Classroom Block Extension - £1.5 Million
Kavannagh Construction were appointed to construct a 6 new classroom block extension for the prestigious Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls. Delivering quality construction expertise, consistent reliability, exceptional client liaison & sensitivity to the needs of the Education environment. The project included extending the existing Victorian school with modern new high quality classrooms and meeting space. The project was recognised with a special design award from the Sutton Coldfield Civic Society with particular recognition;
